My Babycook Pro or Pro 2X is not working at all (there is no power).

Most commonly, this means that power cord on the bottom of the machine is loose. Babycook Pro and Pro 2X are designed with a removable cord for easy storage, but the cord needs to be pushed in all the way in order for the machine to function. Simply turn over your Babycook, remove the cord and then push it back in as far as it will go. If this does not work, please call customer support at 855-602-3222 or open a ticket on this website.
